In private mortgage lending, even the smallest oversight can cause costly delays — or derail a deal altogether. Join Navina and Mahsa for an in-depth session designed for private lenders, brokers, and industry professionals in British Columbia.

We’ll explore the most common pitfalls that slow down or collapse private lending transactions, including:

Title insurance requirements that can surprise lenders

Insurance binders and their impact on closing timelines

Tax certificates and what to watch for in advance

Through practical insights and real-world examples, we’ll show you how to spot these red flags early, take proactive measures, and keep transactions moving smoothly. By the end of this session, you’ll be better equipped to minimize risks, prevent delays, and ensure a more seamless closing process for your clients.
